My injection went well. I am back on normal NSAIDs and back to &#8220;my normal&#8221; except for the flare up in my butt muscle. But, onward&#8230; This is my second injection and I am finding them very successful. I&#8217;ve had a stiff neck for over a year and neck issues off and on.  I feel looser and the pain is gone.  happy happy happy. I am off the hunter pace and will be moderate on my activity but i do feel way, way better. <\/p>\n<p>I plan to always wear my hit-air vest, unless I&#8217;m riding Luke. I took a dressage lesson on Luke a few years ago. It was fun and amazing. But, i didn&#8217;t realize there were 3 distinct buttons under the saddle panel, so it felt like a horse who sometimes listened but then didn&#8217;t, and of course it is always the rider, unless someone happens to tell you.
